William’s place was absolutely phenomenal. If it’s available, you book it!!
It was our perfect home base for our multiple trips to Zion and day trip to Bryce. The Ponderosa Resort offers so much to do and also has great food if you don’t want to cook. There are grocery stores within an hour away but meal planning helped us shop for the week and feel prepared. Super clean, beautifully furnished, and exactly the SW oasis we were hoping for. Covered porch to watch the sunrise and hot tub out back to watch the stars. Can’t say enough great things.
William had great communication, helped answer any questions we had, and even had a tech come out to fix the fireplace when we needed. Also the BEST recommendations. We were traveling with a 3 yo and he had multiple, great recs that were perfect for her and the whole fam. Will 100% be back!!!

We absolutely recommend this place. It was a perfect size for my family of 4. We enjoyed the unobstructed views from every spot in the house. And we spent the evenings out on the patio enjoying the cool breeze and star gazing. This place was quiet and worth everything we paid.
William was also a great host. There was an issue before we even arrived and he not only was honest about it, but kept in contact with me and worked quickly to resolve it. He was quick to communicate the other times we had questions as well!

I can’t express how much I appreciated William’s quick and informative replies to my questions and concerns. He was very thorough on letting us know what was in the area – from grocery stores to places to eat to attractions. Since our main reason for the trip was to go to Yellowstone and see Old Faithful, this was the perfect place to stay. He made sure that we were totally aware of the road leading to the property as it was an experience/adventure. He supplied a video of the drive. After a couple of trips, it wasn’t as intense as the beginning. The house has a fantastic view and was totally equipped with what we needed. William bent over backwards trying to get something done; but in the end was not able to rectify the issue. He did come through will an acceptable alternative that was greatly appreciated. I would recommend a stay here if you are looking for something Off The Beaten Path.

We had a fantastic stay at this property with our large family group. The house is incredibly well-equipped for a short-term rental — from a kitchen stocked for real cooking to more than enough towels and supplies to last our entire stay. At a time when so many vacation rentals are cutting corners on amenities, it was such a pleasant surprise to find everything we needed already here. As a fellow STR host, I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the care that’s clearly gone into creating a great guest experience.
